At SoulLiv, every piece is carefully made and goes through strict quality control before shipping. We want
you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.


Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in original
packaging.
⚠️ Shipping costs are non-refundable.
⚠️ Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible, within 30 business days.

Returns that do not comply with our policy will be sent back to the customer, with additional shipping
charges.

Sweden: 110 SEK
EU countries: 15 EUR
Norway: 150 NOK
Switzerland: 15 CHF
United Kingdom: 15 GBP
Outside the EU: 30 USD


Exchanges

If your item doesn’t fit or you’d like a different style, please return it as described above and place a new
order at soulliv.com.

Damaged or faulty items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full
refund, including shipping costs (import duties or local taxes are not included).
