Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs & VAT

For EU customers, the standard VAT is already included in the listed prices.

For orders outside the EU, local VAT and import duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Please be aware that SoulLiv is not liable for any parcels held by customs due to unpaid charges.
