Terms of service
GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through SoulLiv AB and supersede any conflicting or differing terms or conditions of the buyer. No alteration or waiver of these Conditions of Sale will be valid unless explicitly authorized in writing by a representative of SoulLiv AB.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND EXPORT VAT
The standard VAT rate is applied to all orders within the European Union and the EEA, and this is reflected in the prices shown on the website. For countries outside the EU and EEA, VAT is not included in the displayed prices. Customers in these countries are responsible for paying their country’s VAT and any applicable import duties. SoulLiv AB is not liable for packages held by customs if these charges are not paid by the customer.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are indicated in the shopping cart alongside the available delivery options. If a product has a different delivery time than those shown in the cart, this will be specified with the individual product.
If SoulLiv AB has concerns about the buyer’s financial solvency or ability to pay for the products, SoulLiv AB is not obligated to proceed with delivery and may halt products in transit unless the buyer provides advance payment or acceptable security for the delivery and any related claims arising from the transaction.
RETURN POLICY
SoulLiv AB offers a 14-day return period. If eligible under our return policy, SoulLiv AB will refund the amount paid for the product promptly, no later than 30 days after the product is returned. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Returned items must be sent as a postal package. SoulLiv AB will cover the shipping cost for any replacement product.
In your communication with us, you must clearly state your intent to return the purchase. The return period begins on the day you receive the complete product or a substantial part of it.
You are not eligible for our return policy if:
- SoulLiv AB is not liable for damage due to normal wear, such as color fading from exposure to sunlight, saltwater, or chlorine.
- The product’s authenticity seal has been tampered with or removed. You must maintain the product in the same condition as when it was delivered. While you may inspect the product’s condition upon receipt, you must not use it. If the product is damaged or altered during inspection, it will not qualify for the return policy.
RECLAIM
In the rare case that a product arrives faulty or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund. For defective or faulty items, we will refund both the product cost and shipping fees (excluding import taxes or other fees beyond our control).
PRIVACY POLICY
When placing an order, you will be asked to provide personal information. By making a purchase, you consent to this information being stored in accordance with SoulLiv AB’s privacy policy to fulfill our agreement with you as a customer. Per the Swedish Personal Data Act (198:204), you have the right to access the information SoulLiv AB holds about you. If the information is inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant, you may request its correction or deletion. Please contact us via email if this applies.
FORCE MAJEURE
SoulLiv AB is not responsible for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control that directly or indirectly hinder, delay, or make production, delivery, or shipping uneconomical until the issue is resolved (force majeure). Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, challenges in sourcing raw materials, war, riots, labor disputes, fire, flood, storm, accidents, fuel or power shortages, transportation issues, disruptions in sea transport, or breakdowns in equipment or facilities necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations.
